Too bad it got overcast basicly as soon as we got to the beach because it was coooold.

I have trained in a number of places far from home (and comfort) and the more I do it, the more i realize how lazy I get when I am home and how much more independant i am away from home. So i'm setting my goals high and keeping my vision short. I am training for the Olympics here in Pittsburgh. I think in order for me to maintain sanity have to be doing some sort of very intense physical workout very often. I actually am realizing more and more that when I don't, I become depressed and grouchy. I luuuuv music and play the cello pretty seriously. Whenever I need relaxation or to chill out from school stress or just bad thangs life throws at us, I play the cello and it calms me down. Its cool.
